Rory Lipede
(Founder/Owner/Operations Manager)
Rory’s experience as a NYC tour guide spans the better part of two decades and has helped cement her reputation as one of the most sought after tour guides in town. Indeed, Rory had the honor of being named one of New York’s top 8 tour guides. In light of her unwavering five-star reviews and status as a coveted gold star tour guide licensee with the city of New York, Rory is in high demand and most recently received a nomination for women in Tourism. Her exuberance, theatricality, passion and extensive knowledge of the city’s history speak for themselves. Rory continues to grow and foster relationships under the mentorship of many of the most renowned historians of NYC.

Ryan
(Lead Tourguide/Trainer)
Armed with his tour guide background, training in musical theatre, and ability to soak up random history like a sponge, Ryan is excited to hit the streets with Telltale Tours! Originally from San Jose, California, and spending his college years in Miami, Florida, he has always felt the draw of New York City and its rich, vibrant, and oftentimes disturbing history. Come along and have some laughs and drinks soon!
Arielle
From Hollywood to Broadway, Arielle’s ready to show you the secrets of NYC’s past and weigh in on which coast is superior (spoiler alert: New York is!). Actor by day, tour guide by night, she combines her love of storytelling, history, and cocktails to give you an unforgettable experience. Join her and get ready to booze, schmooze, and step back in time.
Walter
Walter is a native, born and bred, New Yorker. Walter loves showing off the nooks and crannies of the city that only a native New Yorker, with a love and passion and history, can do. He has been a licensed New York City tour guide for over a decade.
Jonathan
Jonathan is an aspiring actor based in New York City and graduated from the Atlantic Theater Company's professional conservatory program in spring of 2025.
Amy
Amy is an Actor, Singer, and Improviser who has lived all over the state of New York, but has settled down in New York City, the greatest city on Earth! A graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, Amy is a true entertainer. With her high energy and love of nightlife, Amy will make your tour experience unforgettable!

George (Lead Mixologist)
George Pihlgren is a New York City-based Lead Mixology Instructor, Head Bartender, and Certified Sommelier with over 20 years experience in some of the city’s most respected venues, including The Royalton Hotel, Lucien, and Flûte Champagne Lounge. Renowned for deep expertise in Classic Cocktail craftsmanship and creative development of innovative cocktail programs, blending tradition with modern technique. George brings extensive knowledge of wine and Champagne, with a strong foundation in pairing, service, and education. Known for mentoring talent, elevating guest experiences, and setting high standards behind the bar and in the classroom. In his Mixology Class George will introduce you to the history of spirits and help you build a solid foundation of cocktail craftsmanship that you can use to impress your guests at your next celebratory get-together!
